Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,
May you find peace, comfort and Joy in our Lord especially in this difficult and uncertain time.
As our God had said to Isaiah in his difficult time in Isaiah Chapter 41:10 ..”So do not fear, for I AM WITH YOU; do not be dismayed, for I AM YOUR GOD. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.” –
Therefore, let’s us continue to put our faith in HIM and know that HE is with us and HE is our LORD and our GOD and He will never forsake us.
Since last week, we have made a few changes to our usual church activities:

3. We have moved our Friday prayer meeting online. The meeting time will run from Friday 7:30pm to 8:10pm. You will be able to find the link on the same page with the Sunday Service on our website.
During this lockdown period, I encourage that we spend more time with God and with our family members. Treasure the moment we have, continue to pray for our Government who are making big decisions on the daily basis. Last but not least, please pray for our essential service providers including the Medical professionals who are trying to keep the NZ operational and the Covid-19 under control.
Being lockdown at home could create anxiety, panic and stress. At time that leads to unnecessary quarrels. I urge that we give extra care and patience for our elderly, kids, spouse and also our own self. A scripture from book of James 1:19-20 reminds us that “take note of this: Everyone should be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to become angry, because human anger does not produce the righteousness that God desires.”
A final bible verse I would like to share today is from John 14:27 where Jesus was talking to his disciples, his followers. He said “Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.”
